Leading business school academics are speaking out in support of the Employee Fee Choice Act. Concerned about growing inequality and the disappearing middle class, a number of these scholars have signed a statement strongly endorsing this critical federal legislation. They see the enactment of the Employee Free Choice Act as both good for business and crucial to rebuilding the middle class. As these academics point out, many successful businesses find benefits in labor-management partnerships, including lower turnover, higher productivity, and an enhanced capacity for innovation. As these scholars affirm, the enactment of the Employee Free Choice Act would help create an economy that benefits all Americans.
