WHAT: News conference for the release of No Bargain: Comcast and the Future of Workers' Rights in Telecommunications

The report chronicles Comcast's efforts to prevent and undermine workers from organizing new unions or successfully negotiating a contract on the terms and conditions of their employment. As the cable industry leader, Comcast could reshape employee relations throughout telecom, one of the nation's most innovative and fast-growing industries in a struggling economy.

The news conference will feature:
