Key Players in the Jackson Lewis Case
Stephen Koslow represented the EnerSys workers in Sumter, SC as IUE's principal attorney in the legal proceedings. Koslow's 30-year legal career includes a 10-year tenure with the National Labor Relations Board and several years at the Department of Justice. He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia and a L.L.M. from New York University.
Vince Gaillard Vince Gaillard worked as a quality control inspector at EnerSys' Sumter, SC plant for 26 years. After an exemplary work history spanning two decades, Gaillard was fired in June 2001 following his testimony in a case against the company. An outspoken union supporter, Gaillard served as President of IUE Local 175 from 2000 until the plant closing in November 2001. He currently works with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice as a Residential Specialist.
David Bunker David Bunker worked for 23 ½ years as a 1st Stage Grid Caster for EnerSys at the Sumter, SC plant. When the plant closed in November 2001, Bunker was laid off and unemployed for a year before finding work with a local cabinet company. Law Experts
