CBS's reality show "Undercover Boss" suggests a few CEOs are ready to make amends. But is your boss going "undercover" to experience life in your shoes anytime soon? No way! It's time for real solutions.
Tell Congress: "America’s workers need a voice on the job so they can fight for fair pay, real benefits, reasonable hours, and better working conditions. We need to fix our labor laws now!"

Secret anti-union memos. Unionbusting "consultants" brought in to train managers. An anti-worker campaign so out of line that the federal government opened multiple investigations. Employees at T-Mobile USA just want a fair chance at better wages and working conditions. They just want the freedom to form a union. But instead, they get harassment, threats, and fear tactics.
U.S. employees of T-Mobile are harassed and intimidated when they want a union. But T-Mobile's parent company is based in Germany. And in Germany, it respects workers' rights to form a union and have a voice at work, and even boasts about its union-friendly practices. It's a blatant double standard, and it's got to stop.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has spent tens of millions of dollars to spread lies about unions, deny climate change, and block health insurance reform. Now they've asked the public to submit ideas on how to create 20 million jobs over the next decade. But they haven't said a word about making sure these are good jobs, green jobs, and, if the workers want a union, union jobs. Can you take a minute to tell the Chamber how to create sustainable jobs with fair wages that will help bring our economy into the 21st century? Here's how:
If you use Facebook:
» Become a 'fan' of the Chamber's so-called "Campaign for Free Enterprise" so you can post a public message to their wall with your ideas. (For step-by-step directions, click here)
If you don't use Facebook:
» Share your ideas here and we will deliver them for you.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce was caught red-handed trying to raise $50,000 to hire a "respected economist" to "study" (read: attack) health care reform. They fight to block labor law reform every day – not just the Employee Free Choice Act, but sick days for swine flu. Their leaders apparantly think climate change is fake. They even support defense contractors over rape victims. Enough is enough!

Right now, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is engaged in a $100 million campaign to block reforms that would aid struggling Americans and help fix our economy.
Their goals? Sink health insurance reform, fight tooth and nail against any real solutions to the climate crisis, stop needed fixes to our labor laws, and make sure bailed-out banks can keep paying out billions in bonuses without any real accountability.
As small businesses and America's workers suffer, the U.S. Chamber is woefully out of touch with reality. Even major corporations are resigning in protest. In response to the Chamber's stance against clean energy, for instance, companies including Apple, Nike, and PG&E have quit or downgraded their memberships.
Whether you're a member of your local Chamber of Commerce, a small business owner, or someone who simply supports workers' rights, we need you to join us and take a stand.
