Ask Congress to Pass the Employee Free Choice Act

Employee Free Choice Act Introduced: Take Action!

Today, we took an important step towards restoring balance and fairness to our economy – the Employee Free Choice Act was introduced in BOTH the Senate and the House of Representatives.

But with both houses of Congress now considering the bill, there's no time to waste.

Corporate special interests are twisting arms, spending millions on misleading ads, and spreading lies and propaganda to block the bill. We've got to put relentless pressure on Congress before they debate and vote.

Your representative and senators need to hear from you immediately – they're already hearing from corporate lobbyists and CEOs.

Make sure your elected officials actively support the Employee Free Choice Act!

It's been two years since corporate lobbyists blocked this bill. They were backed by the same unionbusters and greedy CEOs who ran this economy into the ground – and they will stop at nothing to keep workers from getting a fair shake.

But with the most pro-worker Congress in years, and President Obama committed to the cause, this is our best chance yet to pass the Employee Free Choice Act.

The stakes couldn't be higher – giving more workers a fair chance to bargain for better pay, benefits, and job security will help restore the struggling middle class and make the economy work for everyone.

There's not a moment to lose – email your lawmakers right now!

With your help, we have joined with organizations across the country in rallying legions of activists. Together, we collected over 1.5 million signatures supporting the Employee Free Choice Act.

And during the February recess, many of us took the fight to our home districts, delivering the signatures directly to lawmakers.

Now that the bill has been introduced, it's time for your representative and senators to hear directly from you.
